Putting the Heart Back into Knowsley – Free 13 Week Programme Take back control of your heart health and feel confident about your future. This free programme is designed for adults aged 30–74 who: - Are living with cardiovascular issues such as high blood pressure, elevated cholesterol, or type 2 diabetes - Are using obesity medications to support their health - Want to take proactive, preventative steps to protect their long-term health and wellbeing Delivered by a team of health and wellbeing experts, the programme cuts through the confusion of conflicting health advice. We provide simple, practical, science-backed strategies that work in real life, no jargon, no gimmicks. The programme is offered in a hybrid format, face-to-face, online, or a combination of both, giving you the flexibility to take part in a way that suits you best. What you can expect: Clear guidance and ongoing support. Tools to improve cardiovascular health and overall wellbeing. A supportive community to help you stay motivated. No restrictive diets. No expensive products. Just evidence-based support to help you build long-term heart health with confidence. Cancellation Policy
Booking Policy To secure your place on any adult health and wellbeing programme delivered by Activate Body and Mind, a completed registration form must be submitted before attending your first session. ⚠️ Please note: Incomplete forms may delay registration and could result in you missing out on a place. Once confirmed, your place is held for the full programme duration unless otherwise agreed. Attendance Policy Regular attendance supports your progress and allows us to provide the best experience for all participants. If you’re unable to attend a session, please let us know in advance. Participants who miss three consecutive sessions without notice may be removed from the programme and their place offered to someone on the waiting list. Participation & Conduct We aim to create a supportive, respectful, and inclusive environment. Participants are expected to behave considerately towards others, staff, and the venue. Activate Body and Mind reserves the right to withdraw access to the programme in cases of inappropriate or disruptive behaviour that affects the wellbeing of others. Health & Safety If you have any medical conditions, allergies, or take regular medication, please inform us at the time of booking. This allows us to ensure sessions are delivered safely and appropriately for all participants. Clothing & Equipment Participants should wear comfortable clothing and suitable footwear for physical activity. Equipment used face to face will be provided where needed. Photography & Video We may take photographs or videos during sessions for publicity and impact reporting. If you do not wish to be included, please indicate this during the registration process or notify us at any time. Cancellation Policy Our programmes are free to access but places are limited. If you no longer require your place, please inform us as soon as possible so we can offer it to someone on the waiting list. Frequent no-shows or cancellations without notice may affect your ability to book onto future programmes. Contact Details Please ensure your contact details are kept up to date.
