Service Description

Josh grew up in an environment where recreational options were limited, he endured childhood bullying which led him to delve into martial arts for self-defence and confidence-building. Josh aspires to give back to those eager to explore new sports and martial arts disciplines. His decision to pursue Olympic Taekwondo was ignited by the inspiration gleaned from the 2012 Olympics. He aimed not only to clinch world and Olympic medals but also to serve as a beacon of inspiration for children, offering them the same global competitive opportunities he once craved. Goals and Inspiration: To engage individuals in combat Taekwondo and highlight the great benefits of martial arts. Benefits such as... • Staying off the streets • Embracing an active lifestyle • Cultivating confidence • Acquiring self-defence skills • Forging new friendships • Developing essential life skills (communication, time management, etc.) • Upholding principles of respect and discipline • Enhancing hand-eye coordination • Combating bullying • Providing support for coping with stress and mental health challenges.
