Cancellation Policy

Booking Policy: To secure your child’s place in the Little KiHitters boxing programme as part of Activate Body and Mind, a fully completed registration form must be submitted before they can attend. This must be completed by a parent, guardian, responsible adult, or listed emergency contact. ⚠️ Please note: Incomplete forms may delay your child’s registration and could result in them missing out on a place. Once your place is confirmed, your child will be enrolled for the entire next school term. Attendance Policy: Consistent attendance is important for the progression of all children. If your child is unable to attend, please notify us in advance. Behaviour Policy: Children are expected to behave respectfully towards staff, other participants, and equipment. We reserve the right to remove any child who fails to follow the behaviour code for the safety and well-being of others. Health & Safety: If your child has any medical conditions, or allergies, or requires medication, please inform us in full before the start of the programme as part of our booking process. Clothing & Equipment: Children must wear suitable sportswear and indoor trainers. Boxing gloves and protective equipment will be provided, but you may bring your own if preferred. Photography & Video: We may take photos/videos of participants during sessions for publicity purposes. If you do not wish for your child to be included, please inform us - You can update this as part of our booking process. Cancellation Policy: As this programme is free, please inform us as soon as possible if your child no longer requires a place. We operate a waitlist, and timely cancellations allow other children the opportunity to join. Failure to notify us may impact future participation.
